These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name] ("SwitchKaraDo", "we") for using SwitchKaraDo. By creating an account you accept them and our privacy policy.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Recruiters must use a work email at the company they recruit for.
Candidates
- Your notice status and last working day must be true. Only upload documents that are genuinely yours; forged or altered documents lead to account removal.
- A "verified LWD" badge means our staff checked the document you uploaded. It is not a guarantee by SwitchKaraDo to any recruiter.
- You choose which introductions to accept. Your contact details are shared only after you accept.
Recruiters
- Post only real, open roles at your company, and request introductions only for genuine hiring needs.
- Use candidate details only to consider that candidate for roles at your company. Don't share, sell or reuse them, and don't contact candidates who passed on or withdrew consent.
- Repeated or bulk unwanted requests can lead to limits or removal.
Job Assistant and browser extension
- The extension works in your own browser with your own job-portal accounts. Every application is sent only after you choose it. You remain responsible for your applications and for following each job portal's terms.
- By connecting the extension and accepting its consent checkbox, you authorize searches through your logged-in portal tab and submission of the applications you explicitly select. Connecting alone does not authorize applications. Scheduled match checks search and notify only.
- Job portals have their own rules for automated activity and may restrict, suspend or close accounts. Review the relevant portal's terms before using this feature. SwitchKaraDo cannot guarantee that a portal permits the extension or that your account will remain unrestricted.
- You can stop future activity by disconnecting the browser in Job Assistant, disabling the extension, or signing out of the portal. Disconnecting does not withdraw applications already submitted.
- SwitchKaraDo isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any job portal. A portal may change or block features, so the Job Assistant may stop working at any time.
- We don't guarantee interviews, offers or any number of applications.
Job Sprint passes
Passes are one-time purchases for a fixed period, with no automatic renewal. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds follow our refund policy.
A free trial is available once per account when offered. It starts only when you claim it, ends at the time shown, and never charges you automatically. Trial duration and included features are shown before activation. Manual match previews remain free after expiry; daily checks require active trial or pass access. Assisted applying is available only when enabled for your account.
Not allowed
- Fake profiles or documents, impersonation, or harassment.
- Scraping, automated access to SwitchKaraDo other than through our extension, or attempts to break our security or limits.
- Using SwitchKaraDo for anything unlawful.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Your data. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Liability
SwitchKaraDo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for hiring decisions made by candidates or recruiters, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city] have jurisdiction. Contact us first at [contact email]; most issues can be solved quickly.
Changes
We'll post changes here and email you about significant ones. Continuing to use SwitchKaraDo after a change means you accept it.
