This policy covers Job Sprint passes sold by [company legal name] on SwitchKaraDo. Your free profile, recruiter discovery and introductions are always free.
No subscriptions
Each pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (7 or 30 days). Nothing renews automatically, so there's nothing to cancel.
When you get a full refund
- You ask within 48 hours of purchase and haven't sent any applications using the pass's extra daily limit.
- You were charged twice, or charged but no pass was activated.
- The Job Assistant was unavailable for most of your pass because of a fault on our side.
When we don't refund
- After 48 hours, or once you've used the pass's extra applications, except for the situations above.
- Because a job portal changed or blocked access during your pass: we'll extend your pass instead, for the days it was affected.
- Because of interview or hiring outcomes; we don't guarantee either.
How to ask
Email [contact email] from your account's email address with your order date. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. A refunded pass ends immediately.
